Photo gallery
This photo gallery gives you an impression of what to expect when you
book a safari through us. Since photos tell more than a 1000 words, we would like to give you some impressions of all the things you can see, encounter, explore, hear and smell!
To give you a bit of an explanation about the photos in the photo gallery, let’s tell you a bit about the photos and see if you recognize them.
- You see the Maasai market which is always held on Tuesday and can be part of the safari.
- The safari tents are all you need for your privacy: beds, mosquitonets, chairs, a toilet, a shower, a sink.
- The cows play a huge role in the life of a Maasai. When it is dry, there is a huge problem. You hear them the bells around their necks mostly tingling in the morning.
- The Maasai live in a manyatta, a house made of branches, mud and cow dung.
- You also see the safari van or jeep which will be your transport all the way from Nairobi through the national reserve. It has an open roof which makes it easy to take photos.
- And of course you see the wild animals, such as giraffe, lion, cheetah, elephant, warthog, hyena, crocodile, all kinds of monkeys and deer. By the way, do you know which animals belong to the Big Five?
(We need to add some yoga and meditation photos to this photo gallery as soon as we have these photos available.)
