Booking and Reservations<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Warrior of Life, travels and safaris tour consultants will assist all tourists with all information considered necessary to allow the client to book any safari package. Upon agreement of the safari package cost as well as the accommodation\n type and safari option to be taken a deposit will be requested. Terms and Conditions for the deposit to be paid will vary as 10% for the <\/span>budget safari<\/strong>\n , 20% for <\/span>private safari<\/strong> en <\/span>lodge safaris<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transportation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Warrior of Life works with a safari company in Kenya which owns a fleet of safari vehicles that are well maintained and managed to ensure smooth transportations to all safari destinations. Depending on the safari package booked the\n company determines the type of safari vehicle to be used. This information is shared in advance by the consultant team and also included on the safari package booked. Clients have the right to request a customized safari van or 4X4\n Toyota Land Cruiser at the time of booking. Upon confirmation of any booking, a room is created and the company reserves the safari vehicle according to the scheduled tour.<\/p>\n

Accommodation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The company we work with does not own all the accommodation properties but will ensure the properties shared and agreed on are reserved in advance. The deposit requested and paid is used to secure the client\u2019s respective accommodations\n and is not stored at company bank accounts. The accommodation will be subject to availability and must be agreed on at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Due to the covid-19 and several variants across the world, the travel industry and the entire hospitality industry has suffered highly. Since the pandemic has spared no one and has paralyzed the industries we have to change the Terms\n and conditions as well.<\/p>\n

The company has agreed no monetary refund will be entered into and request for any deposit made by the client\/clients to be issued with a credit note <\/strong>valid till when the client will be ready to travel. The\n decision is arrived at based on other deposits that have been made by the company to third parties only in preparation for the client\u2019s holiday. The company is also flexible and will be ready to listen to the client’s side and determine\n if the terms and conditions to apply as stated below:<\/p>\n

Normal cancellation and refund for the deposit paid either 10% or 20%<\/strong> as per the booking.<\/p>\n
